The Operator · $97 once · a one-time setup pack for Claude
The draft is fast, it is fine, and it is not yours.
The Operator is one deep intake about your business turned into eight Claude Skills, which are just instruction files Claude loads by itself: what you sell, what you charge, who actually buys, how you sound, and the lines you will not cross. Install them once and the session opens already knowing.
Then you rewrite it anyway. Every morning, on a tool that has never met your business.
Read a real generated file Actual output, no email required.
--- name: stolan-operator-weekly-operator description: The do-this-today skill for Kettle & Crumb Bakehouse, Maren Oduya's neighborhood micro-bakery in Fort Collins. --- # Weekly Operator You are running the day for Maren at Kettle & Crumb Bakehouse. She has four hours a week for growth, Sunday night and Tuesday afternoon. Your job is to tell her the three things worth doing today and hand her the words to do them. 1. Ask two questions and wait for the answers: "What day is it, and is anything on fire?" 3. Pick today's top three moves using the decision order: money first, then pipeline, then content. 5. End with one line: what to ignore today so she does not scatter.
There is a difference between a session with no memory and one that knows your business.
We were resistant to this for longer than we would like to admit, and not because the tool was bad. The tool was always good. It opened every morning knowing nothing about us, so the day started with the same unpaid twenty minutes: here is what we sell, here is how we talk, no not like that.
That is the part that wears people down. Not the writing. The re-explaining. By the end of a week of it you are not out of ideas, you are out of patience, and the laptop stays shut.
So we did the explaining once, properly, and turned it into files. One intake, eight skills, installed into Claude in an afternoon. Ask what to post and it picks something you actually sell, to the person who actually buys it, in the words you actually use. Ask what to charge and it answers with your numbers in front of it.
One real session, start to finish
Watch it stop asking
who she is.
Four screens from one continuous session, captured as it happened. Nothing is a mockup and nothing is redrawn. The account belongs to Kettle & Crumb, an example business we invented to test the generator, with made-up prices and a made-up owner. Nobody here is a customer.
We built the bakery so we could show you the whole thing, including the part before it works. Your version names your prices and your people instead.

01Nothing installed yet. This is what every morning starts as.
I don't have any record of a conversation from yesterday, sorry. Each session starts fresh for me, and I don't see a prior thread with this context.

02Claude names the problem before we do.
You haven't set any up yet. That's why none of your bakery info was saved anywhere I could find.

03Installed. No new session, no setup call, and it counts all eight back to her.
No need, they're already loaded and available in this session. I can see all of them now: brand voice, content engine, ideal client, money week planner, offer ladder, positioning, posting cadence, and weekly operator.

04Same question as the first screen. Read the last part, where it tells her what to skip.
Ignore today: the wholesale pitch and the class waitlist text. Those need real focus time, and that's Tuesday afternoon's job, not a Thursday-on-the-floor job.
That behavior is the product. What follows is what got installed to cause it.
Real output, unedited
This came out of one intake.
Same invented bakery as the session above, shown exactly as it came out. These are the files that caused it.
You are Maren's operator. She has four focused growth hours a week, Sunday night and Tuesday afternoon while dough rests. Your job is to turn those hours into money without ever violating her boundaries. 3. Pick today's top three moves using the decision order: money first, then pipeline, then content. Never lead with content when a money lever is sitting untouched. 5. For any move that involves writing, include the finished draft inline. Never hand her a blank to fill in.
The daily briefing rules: money first, drafts included, boundaries enforced.
Subject: A Saturday class date, finally on the calendar Hi, you raised your hand for a baking class a while back and I never got you a date. That is on me. I am running one Saturday after close, eight seats, $85, hands in real dough start to finish. You leave with a loaf you made and the recipe. Reply with a yes and I will hold your seat. First come, and these go same day.
A waitlist email the skill drafts on its own, in the owner's voice, ready to send.
Write in her voice: like a friend who knows a lot about bread. Plain words, short sentences, dry humor. Explain the why behind price and process without apologizing. Never use artisanal, decadent, foodie, or yummy. Never stack emojis or sound like a corporate cafe.
Her banned list, written from her intake. Claude stops sounding like a corporate cafe.
Eight things it stops guessing about.
These are not documents you read. They are the things Claude already knows once the pack is in, so that asking it a normal question returns an answer built on your business instead of on the average of everyone else's.

Tell it everything
The intake goes deep on purpose: voice, offers, pricing, your ideal client, your money-week goal, what is working, what you refuse to do. Your answers save as you go.
Drag them into Claude, once
Your pack builds while you watch, then arrives ready to go with a plain-English guide. You drop the files in and that is the last time you think about the mechanics of it. From then on you are using Claude, the way you already do, and Claude knows the business.
The pack also includes your global instructions, written for your business, in two versions: one if Claude is new to you, one that adds to what you already have without wiping it. The skills teach Claude your business. The instructions are what make it reach for them on its own, in a cold session next week, without you asking.
Same tool. Two completely different Tuesdays.
- Paste your business into the chat again
- Get a draft aimed at nobody in particular
- Rewrite it until it sounds like you
- Close the tab. It forgets you by morning
- Open Claude. It already knows the business
- Ask for the thing. Get your offer, your client, your voice
- Edit a line, maybe two
- It still knows you next week, and the week after
The three things you are assuming, answered.
Nobody asks these out loud on a sales page, so they go unanswered and you fill the blank with the worst case. Here they are, filled in.
I have bought something like this before and never used it.
Then you already know the failure mode, and you are right to lead with it. What you bought was almost certainly a folder you had to remember to go open. This is the opposite shape: it lives inside the tool you are already in, so there is nothing to remember. You ask Claude a normal question and the answer already has your business in it. Nothing to open, nothing to keep up with.
I am not technical enough for this.
Installing a skill is about as hard as attaching a file to an email, and it takes about two minutes. No terminal, no code, nothing to connect. It works in Claude in your browser, which is the version most people have. The straight answer on the rest: the folder versions in the pack are there for people who use the developer tools, and you can ignore them completely if that is not you. Nothing is hidden behind them.
The output will be generic anyway.
This is the fair one to be suspicious about, so do not take our word for it. The sample below is one unedited file from a real run: it names an $85 class price, a 40-person waitlist, a two-week lead time, and a list of words the owner refuses to let it use. Read it and decide whether that could have been written about anyone else.
Built for a specific kind of owner.
- You sell something real and can answer honest questions about it
- You want drafts that sound like you, not a template with your name on it
- You can spend half an hour once to stop repeating yourself forever
- You do not use Claude and do not plan to. The pack installs there and nowhere else, so it will not help a ChatGPT week
- You have not settled what you sell or what it costs. There is nothing yet for it to learn, and it will not decide that for you
- You want it run for you rather than run by you. That is real work, we do it, and it starts at $997
The skills draft. You decide what goes out. That is the whole point.
The last time you have to explain your business.
You answer these once and never type them again. Come with them ready and the intake takes twenty to forty minutes.
- Your story and what you stand for
- How you talk and what you never sound like
- Everything you sell, with real prices
- Who your ideal client is, in their words
- Your money-week goal and your real hours
- What already brings you clients
- What you refuse to do for growth
- Your links, so nothing gets invented
Short honest answers beat polished paragraphs. Write like you talk. That is the voice your skills will learn.
Who built this
Built by the people who charge $2,497 for this.
The Operator is built by Stolan Acres, the studio behind $997 Brand Resonance Audits and $2,497 Visionary Presence Blueprints. The eight skills are cut from the same system we run on those builds: the same voice discipline, the same offer logic, the same money-first weeks.
$97 buys the same thinking, packed into files you install yourself.
The real question is week three.
Not whether it installs. Whether you are still using it on a Wednesday in September, or whether it has joined the other thing you bought in the folder you do not open.
The honest reason most of these die is that they ask you to go somewhere. A folder, a dashboard, a second tab, a system to maintain. Anything that needs remembering gets dropped in a busy week, and a busy week is every week.
This does not add a place to go. It changes what happens in the place you already are. Once the skills are in, Claude just knows the business. There is no habit to build, because using it is the same motion as using Claude at all: you ask, it answers, and the answer has your prices and your client and your voice in it.
The test we would apply, and the one we would want you to apply: three weeks in, if you have not thought about the pack once and the answers still land, it worked. It is supposed to disappear.
No refunds, so here is the whole thing up front.
We are not going to invent a deadline or pretend eight files can sell out. What we will do is show you the product before you pay for it: a real generated skill file, from a real pack, downloadable, no email required. Read it, see whether it sounds like something built for a real business, then decide.
All sales are final once the pack is generated. It is a download, so there is nothing to send back, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it. The one thing we do owe you: if your pack fails to generate, arrives broken, or is not what this page described, email us and we will fix it. A person reads that mail.
Fair questions.
Do I need to pay for Claude to use this?
No. Skills work on every Claude plan including the free one. You switch on code execution once in Settings, then add the skills under Customize. If you already pay for Claude, nothing changes. If you do not, this still works.
Why can't I just ask Claude to write these files myself?
You can, and the files are not the hard part. The hard part is knowing which eight things Claude must never guess about, and what to ask you to get them out of your head in a usable form. That is the system we charge $2,497 for, and it is what the intake is. If you already know your positioning, your ladder, your client in their own words and your money-week math well enough to brief it cold, you do not need us. Most people find out during the intake that they knew about half of it.
What actually changes for me after I do this?
You stop briefing Claude. That is the whole change, and it is bigger than it sounds. Today you open a chat and spend the first few minutes explaining who you are, what you sell and how you want it to sound, and you do that again tomorrow. After this, you ask the question cold and the answer already has your business in it: your offer, your client, your prices, your voice, your hard lines.
How is this different from the AI templates I already bought?
Templates are something you have to go and open, which is why they end up unopened. Fair warning that this is the failure mode to watch for, because it is the common one. The difference here is where it lives: these install into Claude itself, so there is no folder to visit and no habit to keep up. You use it the same way you already use Claude, and it happens to know your business now. If it needs remembering, it has failed, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend discipline is your problem.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can attach a file to an email, you can do this, and it takes about two minutes. There is no code, no terminal, nothing to connect. It works in Claude in your browser, which is the version most people have, and the guide covers the desktop app separately. The pack also contains folder versions for people who use the developer tools. You can ignore those entirely. Nothing you paid for is locked behind them.
What exactly do I download?
One file that unpacks into eight skills, each already packaged so it is ready to go straight into Claude, plus your two global instructions files and a plain-English guide. You are not assembling anything and you never have to package a file yourself. If that step ever appears, something has gone wrong and we want to hear about it.
How long does it actually take?
The intake is 20 to 40 minutes if your prices and offers are already in your head, and closer to an hour if you end up thinking properly about them for the first time, which happens and is not wasted time. Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back. Generation takes a few minutes and you download the pack on the same visit.
Is $97 the real price, or the start of something?
It is the real price, and here is the rest of the ladder so you do not have to go looking for it: we also sell a $997 audit and a $2,497 blueprint, which are us doing the work with you over weeks.
The Operator captures what you already know about your business. The Blueprint is for when what you know is wrong, or missing. Different job, not a cheaper version of the same one. What changes down here is that you do the installing, which is the entire reason this costs $97.
What that means tonight: all eight skills are yours, complete, nothing held back to sell you later, no tier behind the checkout, and nothing on this page stops working if you never buy anything else from us.
Is the sample file on this page a cherry-picked best run?
It is one unedited file from a real generation, not the prettiest of fifty. We are showing the daily-driver skill rather than the most impressive one for that reason. The honest caveat: output quality tracks intake quality, so a thin intake gives you a thinner pack. That is the one lever you control and it is why the intake is as long as it is.
What if it does not sound like me?
Every file is plain text you can open and edit, and the voice skill is built from your own words, so the fastest fix is usually one honest line in the intake. If something reads wrong, email us and we will point you at the exact line to change.
What if my business changes?
Open the file and change the line. They are plain text and built to be edited, and the guide shows you where everything lives. A price change is a thirty-second job, not a regeneration.
Who sees my answers?
Your intake is used to generate your skills and nothing else. It is not sold, shared, or folded into anyone's marketing list. The files it produces belong to you.
By tonight, Claude knows your business cold.
One intake. Eight skills, two instruction files, one guide, one install video. A version of Claude that works for your business like it has been there for years.
We charge $997 and $2,497 to sit down and do this work with people. This is the same system, generated from your intake, for $97, because you do the installing.
